What is AskChart AutoTrade?
In general term , AskChart Autotrade trading system is a trend strength
based advanced statistical system. All the signals on the report
page were generated on realtime
based data.Basd on the confidence about the system, we have 30-day no
charge police, i.e, use the system for 30 days, if you are not satisfied
with it, do not pay the monthly fee. You can cancel the service anytime
with risk free.

How is the AutoTrade Available
List picked?
The available list has 20 stocks uses same basic theory but systems
are tuned for each individual stocks. They are randomly selected out
of those high volume issues (average daily volume greater than 5 million
shares), this is because that the short sell is important to our system
and low volume stocks are usually hard to short.

How to subscribe my tickers?
Upon signup, you can select 3 stocks, which are included in the basic
subscription package, from the available list of 20 based on you preference.
You can sign up at anytime and there is no charge until the end of monthly
billing cycle. You can cancel anytime before that day with risk free.

Why only limited tickers on the
AutoTrade Available List?
We are adding more symbols to our system but it will take some time
to train the systems. Normally it takes at least 3 months of realtime
tracking before releasing any systems.

How can AskChart AutoTrade help
QQQ traders?
The QQQ is one of the most tested systems for AskChart Autotrade. Usually
you have 3 minutes window to execute the trades. But our test result
shows if you trade all signals with the same delaying-time after receive
the signals, you can get the slippage close to minimum.

Why cannot login to AskChart ?
Every time you see the "CURRENTLY OFF-LINE" flashing on the
top of the AskChart console, you are not logged on AskChart's servers.
Several reasons may cause this problem,
- Incorrect username or password entered.
- Your internet connection is broken.
- AskChart server is down.
If you are sure that it is not caused by the first two reasons, please
contact AskChart support as soon as possible.

How to upgrade to new version
of AskChart ?
- Exit AskChart
- Log off your window session if your operating system is Window XP
- Go to Window Start->Program->AskChart -> Update AskChart
- Click "Start"
- Exit "AskChart Update Console" until see "Update
is done successfully". If the update fails , try update again.
Please contact AskChart support if it
still fails after the second try.

Why the AskChart program can not
launched suddenly?
- Check to make sure that your internet connection is on.
- If the internet connection is OK, restart your computer and try
to launch the AskChart
- If the program still can't be started. Run "Update AskChart" (Windows
XP users need to restart your computer first).
- Contact AskChart support if all above
do not solve the problem.

Why the chart disappear sometimes
after changing to anther symbol or time frame?
This is mostly because your network connection speed is too slow,
the software tires to draw chart with partial data. Or you have too
many indicator on the chart which take too much computer calculation
power and effect the chart drawing. We recommend total maximum to 4
indicators in one view. To restore the chart,
- Try to zoom out
or
zoom in the
chart
- If zooming cannot bring up the chart, clear the cache and try the
symbol again. To clear the cache
(i) change to another symbol or time frame
(ii) go to File->Clear Cache
- If 1,2 don't work, try remove indicator one by one and zooming in
the same time.

Why does AskChart console freeze
frequently?
Restart your computer, then run "Update AskChart". Contact AskChart
support if the problem persists.

Why I cannot print the chart?
The AskChart use Java Print function for print chart. Due to Java programing
support problem by Windows systems, Java Printing function doesn't work
properly on some printers.

Why the quote and chart seem to
stop getting new data?
Make sure that your internet connection is up. Then re-login to AskChart
system.

Why does the AskChart console
out of my screen?
It is because your screen resolution is too low. To increase your screen
resolution ,
- Right click on your window desk top, and check "Properties"
- Click the "Settings" tab and change your screen area.
We recommend the minimum setting of 1024X768.

What are the differences between www.askchart.com
website and AskChart Streamer/Pro software?
www.askchart.com website is a
free market information site which offers some of the AskChart trading
system tools, 20-minute delayed quotes, charts, technical analysis,
sector performance, stock screening, portfolio tracking and market statistics.
AskChart Streamer/Pro, on the other hand, is company's Java-based application
software package, which requires software installation and offers subscription-based
Realtime market data. AskChart Streamer/Pro is a very powerful market
information and technical analysis suite, it contains all the information
on the www.askchart.com website, plus some advanced analysis tools,
such as Realtime trading system tools (Pro), realtime streaming quotes
and charts, alerting, PaperTrading, etc.

I am a paid user, why does AskChart
keep telling me to subscribe Realtime package?
If your internet connect is broken or you typed wrong username
/ password or the AskChart system is down or the AskChart Streamer cannot
get your profile from the server, it cannot tell the difference between
a paid Realtime user or free delayed user. Thus the popup message is shown
even though you are a paid user. You need to login again. If the problem
persists please contact AskChart support .

What happens if I find some data
errors?
Occasionally some data errors could happen. When you find some doubtful
data, you can clear the cache first from menu File|Clear Cache. If
the error persists, please contact AskChart
support as soon as possible.

Does AskChart software display mutual
fund and E-mini charts?
Our mutual fund chart only can be displayed on our website, www.askchart.com.
But you can get the mutual fund quotes by entering mutual fund symbols
in tracklists. Unfortunately, we don't offer option and E-mini data
at the moment.

What are the exchanges' fees and who needs
to pay?
Exchanges' fees are charged by individual stock exchanges, such as
NYSE,NASDAQ and AMEX, to investors who need to access their realtime
market quotes. Only AskChart Streamer Realtime subscribers need to pay
exchanges' fees. Askchart.com is responsible for collecting those fees
for the exchanges. Currently we charge our Realtime subscribers $3 per
month to cover three exchanges, AMEX,NASDAQ and NYSE. WE DO NOT CHARGE
ANY ADDITIONAL MANAGEMENT FEES

Why does the AskChart software
crash on WinME system?
It is caused by the incomparability of Java1.2 and WinME system. If
you have experienced such problems, please contact
AskChart support and we will send you the Java1.3-based program
(the file is in much larger size, thus our default version is Java1.2-based).
